FOUNDED BY THE MOST PASSIONATE AUTO ENTHUSIAST YOU WILL EVER MEET, OFFCAMBER AUTOSPORT IS KNOWN FOR THEIR RELENTLESS PURSUIT OF PERFORMANCE
OffCamber Autosport is owned by Mo, the most passionate car lover that you will ever meet. Mo was one of those kids with a pile of matchbox cars that he would not put down.
Mo was a corporate IT guy for 30 years, and finally gave in to his love of cars to open OffCamber as a full time performance shop.
His first real car was a 1977 Honda Civic 1800CC with a manual transmission, and manual choke. Mo has enjoyed cars from several marques including a Datsun 280ZX, a 1987 Toyota Supra turbo, a 1994 Acura Integra GSR.
Then came his first BMW, an Artic Silver 1998 E36M3 sedan. There was something special about this car and brand that really called out to Mo, and the love affair began….
The current stable includes: 3 E36 M3’s, a few 325IXs, an X5 (with the 4.8i motor), and an E30 M3.
Mo also owns a Porsche 944, a GMC diesel truck, and our camper affectionately known as “the Offcamber Transformer – Optimus”.
Mo is currently very active in the car scene. He is a certified coach with the BMW club, he teaches BMW CCA ITS (instructor training), and BMW CCA Race school. He is also a certified instructor with various other groups including Audi club, Chin track days, NASA, Hooked on Driving, and Porsche Club. He started, and then ran the TireRack/BMW Safety Foundation Teen Street Survival course in PA for many years. He is on the pro coaching staff of Monticello Motor Club, and actively competes in various race venues. (AER, BMW, and NASA)
As you can see, MO is all about the car life!
