Pat Gwin is a highly experienced and accomplished individual with a rich background in motorsports and environmental programs. Based in Coweta, OK, Pat has been actively involved in Formula Drift, FIA Formula 1, FIA World Endurance Championship, IMSA, and various other racing events. His roles include Corner Marshal, Flag Marshal, Grid Marshal, Intervention Marshal, Start Marshal, and Certified Technical Inspector, showcasing his expertise in ensuring the safety and smooth execution of races. With significant experience in “hot track” activities, such as fire suppression, driver extraction, and race car removal, Pat has demonstrated his commitment to maintaining a secure racing environment.
In addition to his motorsports involvement, Pat has a distinguished occupational history. He served as the Sr. Director of Environmental Programs for the Cherokee Nation, overseeing three major programs and supervising a team of 40+ professionals. His expertise spans diverse fields, including agriculture, biology, environmental health, historic preservation, and more. Pat’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northeastern State University, and he holds various certifications related to environmental assessment, firefighting, and law enforcement. Currently working as a Technical Project Monitor for Boston Government Services, Pat continues to contribute to green and sustainable energy projects.
Beyond his professional achievements, Pat is a multilingual individual with proficiency in Cherokee, English, and Spanish. His extensive travel and attendance at professional motorsports events in seven different countries showcase his dedication to the industry. With a track record of honors and awards, including being a Native American Agriculture Fund Board Member/Trustee, Pat Gwin stands out as a versatile and accomplished professional.
