Not only is the Ninja 400 the best lightweight sportbike available today, but it is also more than capable of surprising hard-edged competitors with twice its displacement in tight and technical corners. Its six-speed sequential transmission features Kawasaki’s positive neutral finder to make finding neutral a cinch when stopped. This efficient engine and transmission help the Ninja 400 provide plenty of enjoyment from the initial learning curve, all the way through advanced sport riding, track days, and club racing.


All of our Ninja400s are equipped with Norton Motorsports Ninja 400R Race Spec Clutch Upgrade Kit to minimize false neutrals and missed shifts.

Assist Clutch: Increases the pressure applied on the clutch plates, thus decreasing tension on the spring, resulting in a lighter clutch lever pull.

Slipper Clutch: forces clutch hub and plates apart, decreasing torque on preventing rear wheel skidding during engine braking.



Similar in design to the unprecedented Ninja H hyper sportbike, the tube-type trellis frame is light in weight for smooth control and handling.


Fully Adjustable Rear Shock

Feel Like A Pro’s Ninja400s are equipped with a fully adjustable rear shock in place of the non-adjustable stock shock. Through the use of late-model, GSXR-600 shocks we have increased high-speed stability in corners and enabled the Ninja400s to deliver their power to the ground in a more reliable and efficient manner.           


The large-diameter front fork provides increased steering precision at low speeds and reduced flex at higher speeds for enhanced handling. We utilize a variety of oil weights and viscosities to increase rider feel and stability. Our bikes are equipped with preload adjustments to accommodate riders of all weights and skills.



Full-floating to ensure optimum brake pad-to-rotor contact. Every high-quality, Galfer-patented Wave® rotor is made from a proprietary mix of virgin high carbon 420 stainless steel, laser cut (never stamped), double disc-parallel ground to assure perfect parallel flatness, and heat-treated to each specific application. KBA and TUV approved. Seamlessly replaces stock rotor. Precision made in Galfer’s factory in Spain. Longer-lasting, extremely predictable, and consistent with a drastic increase in lever feel, modulation, and brake torque.

Galfer aftermarket stainless steel brake lines may look similar, but they are not the same! Every Galfer stainless steel line is made with only DuPont virgin grade PTFE inner core, 64 strand braid, and our fittings are probably the most expensive, but the highest quality you can find on the planet. These are the same fittings that Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Ducati use, among a few other high-end OEM’s. These aftermarket brake lines ensure that your braking is reliable and consistent with every lap.

Woodcraft 3-piece split clip-on risers are specially designed to make installation and removal a snap. The 3-piece design is race proven and makes it easy to service the clip-ons below the triple clamp without having to disassemble the entire front end.

Special attention has also been taken to save weight wherever possible on these clamps. The bars themselves are 12 inches long and are easily adjusted to whatever custom width you desire. Racers no longer have to worry about replacing an expensive complete clip-on assembly after a crash – these risers use an inexpensive universal handlebar.

These clip-ons have a 2.5-inch rise over a conventional race clip-on. The 2.5-inch designation is not a rise over your stock clip-ons (since every stock clip-on is different). This clip-on will give you the ability to have a race-style clip-on assembly with the option to get the bars up higher for rider comfort.


The most advanced variable rate throttle in the world. Innovative reel changing system lets you tailor the throttle rate to riding conditions and rider preference. Ultra-compact housing with snap-together elbows makes it easy to install and change reels. The new sleek design requires less handlebar space for lever clearance and throttle position. Use smaller reels for slower throttle rate and larger reels for faster throttle rate. Included cam reel provides progressive throttle response preferred by some riders. Unique reel design allows fast reel changes. Cable boot keeps dirt and dust out for a reliable and smooth operation. Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters for easy installation and adjustment. The lower section of cables use 5 mm housing with PTFE liner for reduced friction, increased routing flexibility, and lighter weight. The upper section of cables uses 6 mm housing to provide solid support of adjusters.
